For some queries it could be helpfull if OneLinQ can offer remote support. For this we use the Teamviewer app. You can download the Teamviewer client here: https://get.teamviewer.com/en/onelinq
After installation you can share the Session code to the OneLinQ support agent via Phone or the Live-chat. This allows us to remotely view your computer and help answering your questions or solve your issue.
